All you need to do is choose the preferred location for your new home, we will do the rest.
After securing your plot the next step is to sit with our design team and watch your dream home appear before you using the latest architectural software. No two houses are the same. The unique construction process that we use allows you to create any style, classic or modern, flat or pitched roof, one two or three floors, balconies and terraces. Unusual shapes including round windows and even curved walls are all possible. Every detail can be decided at this stage right down to the positions of the light switches. The dedicated builders will construct and finish the shell and the basic plumbing and electrics in a matter of days using the most modern construction methods.
Finally it’s time to choose from a wide range of interiors from specialist manufacturers. Literally thousands of combinations of kitchens and bathrooms to suit every taste. **Please note: As a rough guide, a complete 2 bedroom 100 sq m house can be built and fitted out for £ 30 000 excluding the land. Each extra sq metre is approx £ 300. £ 19 000 will secure a large enough plot for a single house up to 200 sq metres.**
